Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Mountain Monkey Company ships to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, we ship to Canada and Mexico per quoted shipping cost, but not other international locations due to complex customs and import duties. Any loss of merchandise during transit for single orders will be replaced and not passed onto you. For larger orders, we will add insurance and include in the shipping quote.
Sales Tax
Mountain Monkey Company charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Warranties

We provide you a design approval on every benchmark. We will ensure that the final proof is used for production and in a rare case it is not, we will replace at no charge. For other inaccuracies or submissions not found in the proof approval process, we will be happy to replace at a agreed discounted rate.
A possibility exists that the base materials may have small defects that are not able to be removed during the engraving process. We attempt to disregard those in production, however as with authentic replicas, some patina may exist including in the text and logos.
